Al is trying to do it all. With a wife, two kids and a full time job he struggles to find time to pursue his greatest passion, poker.

To make things work he squeezes in sessions after work on weekdays, or plays late at night on weekends when things are nice and settled.

But fatigue from work leaves him struggling to perform his best. He resorts to caffeine to stay awake, the sleepless nights prevent him from exercising and the cycle repeats himself.
