Focus On The Good!

Focus On The Good!

The previous post How To Deal With Swings discussed how much focusing on 5 positive things a day could help us change our mood, be more grateful and face our day (and of course poker) with a more positive attitude.

I have just spent 30 really tiring hours, during which I played poker non stop and only slept for 4, and I know I will be lucky if I can sleep for 5 or 6 today. Nevertheless I don’t want to complain and I just want to focus on the good. Looking at the pictures of some beautiful memories or scenarios I have seen helps me detach my mind from poker and prevents me from going to bed dreaming about Aces and Full Houses.

Here are my 5 things for today. What are yours? Share them! Leave a comment!

1. Love – 2. The Mediterranean Sea – 3. Mango Smoothies 4. Bruschetta 5. Tuscan Countryside

Condividile! Lascia un commento!

1. L’Amore – 2. Il Mar Mediterraneo – 3. I Frullati di Mango 4. La Bruschetta 5. La Campagna Toscana

Hello, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues.
When I look at your blog site in Firefox, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, terrific blog!
